§01 Contact · A person replies
Talk to a person.
However you would like to reach us, a real person replies within one working day. Nothing is passed to a surgeon's team until you ask.
Vertex Medic coordinates. Your surgeon decides. Questions about whether a procedure is right for you are answered by the surgeon who would treat you, at a consultation Vertex arranges.
Free to ask · No obligation · Never a clinical assessment
§02 Ways to reach us
Pick one. We reply to all of them.
- 01Ask a question
Tell us what you are considering and what you want to know. A person from the coordination team replies with plain answers, or arranges a consultation if you ask for one.
- 02Book a consultation
Vertex arranges it with an independent surgeon or registered provider, tells you what to bring and keeps the dates.
- 03Something else
A question about your booking, your paperwork or your data. The same people answer, within one working day.
§03 Common questions
The things people actually ask.
Is it free to ask?
Yes. Asking Vertex Medic a question, taking the assessment and having a person call you back costs nothing and carries no obligation. Whether a surgeon charges for a consultation is set by the provider and told to you in writing before you book.
How long does it take?
A first call with the coordination team takes about ten minutes. A consultation with a surgeon is typically 30 to 45 minutes, set by the provider.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Bringing a partner or a friend is normal, and you can ask for it when the consultation is arranged.
Is it private?
Your details are used to arrange your consultation and to contact you about it. Where treatment is being considered, the information you choose to share is passed securely to the treating clinician and the provider involved in your care, as the privacy policy explains, and never used for marketing without your separate consent.
Do I need to prepare?
Just yourself and your questions. Every procedure page carries a checklist you can copy into your notes. Photographs help and are optional.
